Hybrid HIIT

Our High Intensity Interval Training Sessions are designed, coached and led by our highly qualified Instructors. This session will combine bodyweight only strength training, high intensity intervals, to raise your metabolic rate; endurance levels; and maximise body fat burn.

Thursday Throwdown

Not for the faint of heart, 45 min of functional HIIT training! What to expect? Compounds lifts, plyometrics and a ton of burpees.

LES Mills Body Pump

The original structured weighted workout, with the motivation of music and easily adjustable weights. This is a challenging and effective workout for all the major muscle groups.

Shoulder Workshop

Week 3 will cover shoulder health. Shoulders are used all the time during training and for most sports. Our daily desk lives and extended periods of slouched positions can lead to restricted shoulders, which can limit your ability to perform during your workouts and lead to pain and injury.

Ass 4 Dayz

The ultimate glute building programme that's not for the faint of heart, combining strength training, hiit and cardio to perfect your derriere.

Lower Body & Abs

45 minutes of high intensity interval circuits that will put your lower body strength, core stability and cardiovascular endurance to the test.

Triple Threat

The best combination workout around - 30 minutes of strength work, 30 minutes of boxing, and 30 minutes of hot yoga to improve your body, fitness, health, and mood.

Yoga

60 minutes of an athletic style of vinyasa flow yoga - a popularised type of yoga because of its fast-paced, fitness-based approach. Lose yourself in the music and put together a flow of different poses. A unique experience taking place in a heated studio.

Upper Body & Abs

45 minutes of high intensity interval circuits that will put both your lower and upper body strength, core stability and cardiovascular endurance to the test.

Row & Reps

A 45 min high intensity workout, using a concept 2 rowing machine and free weights to deliver an explosive workout, designed to keep you challenged whilst delivering the best results. You've have been warned!

Express, Strength, Yoga, Box

F***ed Up Fridays

Coached and led by our highly qualified Instructors. Following a dynamic warm up, this session will combine bodyweight and high intensity intervals, and Tabata techniques to raise your metabolic rate; improve your aerobic fitness & endurance.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a fantastic way to build core strength and confidence at the same time. Come down and learn a new martial art and burn calories at the same time

Death by EMOM

2 or 3 EMOMS (every minute on the minute) to push you to limits you didn't think was possible!

Ave it massive Mondays

2 or 3 AMRAPS (As many rounds as possible) to promote muscular endurance and conditioning
