Anna is a REPs Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, specialising in functional training and Ante/ Post Natal Adaptions. She is also qualified in Exercise Referral and Sports Conditioning.

Anna believes an active and healthy lifestyle should be enjoyable and is focused on overall well being. She will help to support and motivate you to implement long-term changes to help you look and feel better and have fun whilst doing it.

Tasha is a REPs Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and a qualified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She plays rugby for Harlequins Ladies and believes that training should be fun and enjoyable but at the same time challenging.

She specialises in strength and conditioning, with a focus on sculpting the body towards your goals through personalised sessions.

John specialises in strength and conditioning, in particular powerlifting movements, having competed in strongman and powerlifting himself for almost 10 years. John believes training should be enjoyable and not a chore, that way it's sustainable.

Freddie has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. He is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blackbelt and current European champion. The boss @OnPointConditioning where the mantra is to make you look , feel and perform better.Turning city workers into Athletes and Athletes into Champions.Freddie has worked with UFC and BAMMA pro fighters , Rugby and American football and many other sports stars in the past, and hopefully.....you in the future.
