                Strength & Conditioning Classes
Strength is a total-body workout focused on the primal movement patterns of the body, utilising a training approach known as density training.Strength alongside HIIT creates a complete training system
                     
                (Hot) Yoga & Pilates Classes
Various styles of Yoga and Pilates available. Classes offered at room temperature and Hot (between 35-40 degrees). Mats and Props Provided. All levels welcome.
                     
                Combat Classes
Boxing fundamentals such as stance, jab, cross, and hook are taught. The classes have an emphasis on cardio, bag work, partner drills & pad work.
                     
                Open Gym
A fully equipped gym that offers a variety of cardio, free weights, boxing bags and resistance machines.
