                Strength & Conditioning Classes
Strength is a total-body workout focused on the primal movement patterns of the body, utilising a training approach known as density training.Strength alongside HIIT creates a complete training system
                     
                (Hot) Yoga & Pilates
Various styles of Yoga and Pilates available. Classes offered at room temperature and Hot (between 35-40 degrees). Mats and Props Provided. All levels welcome.
                     
                Reformer Pilates Classes
Transform your body with our Reformer Pilates classes! Build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability through low-impact, full-body workouts designed for all fitness levels
                     
                Combat Classes
Boxing fundamentals such as stance, jab, cross, and hook are taught. The classes have an emphasis on cardio, bag work, partner drills & pad work.
                     
                Recovery
Compression leggings, massage guns, vibrating foam rollers and trigger point balls available for all members to use. Massage beds available as a membership add on.
                     
                Open Gym
A fully equipped gym that offers a variety of cardio, free weights, boxing bags and resistance machines.
                     
                Squash
Squash court hire free to members. PAYG options available for non-members.
