Blaine Tapper
Being a Personal Trainer for 9 years I have gained a vast amount of experience within different aspects of personal training ranging from 121 sessions, boot camps and mental health care homes. I have always been passionate about sports particularly football which is where my love for Personal Training began. I get a buzz from helping my clients achieve their targets both physically and nutritionally. I believe I'm the helping hand that clients look for to unlock the fitness in them!
